The Saluki Food Pantry, located in the Student Center on the campus at SIU Carbondale, was established to serve our guests affected by food insecurities. Donation opportunities through the SIU Foundation, a 501 ( c) (3) organization help support the Saluki Food Pantry in assisting our guests in times of need, helping them to stay in school and meet their educational goals.
