Outside of operating hours, donations can be taken to the Student Center Administration Office on the second floor between the hours of 8am – 4:30pm.

Want to donate, but not in Carbondale?

No worries! Below is our Amazon Wish List. Items purchased through Amazon will be delivered to the Saluki Food Pantry. Be sure to put your name in the "notes" section so we can thank you!

Amazon Wish List

Below are our current needs:

• Fruits (in 100% juice or no added sugar preferred)
  • Applesauce, Canned fruits, Fruit cups, Dried fruits
• Vegetables (low sodium or no salt added preferred)
  • Mixed Vegetables, Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Tomatoes (all canned), Pasta/Spaghetti Sauce
• Grains (whole grains preferred)
  • Brown/White rice, Oatmeal, Cereal, Crackers, Pasta/Pasta boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, etc.)
• Protein (low sodium preferred)
  • Tuna, Chicken, Salmon (all canned; in water preferred), Peanut butter, Beans (canned or dried)
• Side Dishes
  • Mashed potatoes, Stuffing, Mac and cheese, Cornbread mix
• Soups (low sodium preferred)
  • Vegetable, Tomato, Dried soup mixes, Chili, Chef Boyardee
• Pantry
  • Seasonings, Salt, Sugar, Flour, Jelly/Jam, Dressings (low fat preferred), Baking mixes
