For small events or re-occurring meetings, EMS online scheduling may be the best option. Online scheduling of space must occur more than two (2) business days before the desired meeting or event date.

**Major event space can’t be scheduled via EMS online scheduling. Major event space includes Ballrooms, Auditorium, Renaissance Room, International Lounge, and Old Main Room/Lounge.
